Job summary
Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on the games floor. You will be tech-savvy, outgoing, and focused on creating FUN memories for guests, recommending games based on interests and needs.
You will monitor activities, safety protocols, and redemption details to help guests take home the best prizes, while collaborating with the Technical Team for upkeep and repairs. This role emphasizes guest service, safety, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Guest-focused mindset with a friendly demeanor.
- Technologically savvy and willing to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication with guests and staff.
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor activities and ensure games and equipment are stocked, clean and safe.
- Provide exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
- Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
- Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
- Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
- Report wear-and-tear or damage to the Technical Team.
