Topgolf Entertainment Group in Tampa is hiring Golf Service Associates for hourly roles. You will welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share venue information to ensure the best possible visit.

You’ll handle clubs, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support promotions and guest services with a positive, energetic attitude. We offer flexible day, night, and weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, plus Friday evenings.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay composed and energetic in a high-volume environment.
• Hospitality or entertainment background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all information for a great visit.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment to ensure players have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting; assist in retail areas and during guest interactions.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
