Topgolf Tampa seeks a passionate bartender to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, upsell menu items, and contribute to a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience.

This role requires prior high-volume bartending experience, with open availability on Fridays through Sundays. The position offers flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth within Topgolf’s team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume bartending experience is required.
• Open availability Friday-Sunday is required.
• Must be at least the legal serving age and have required certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keep bar neat and stocked.
• Upsell signature cocktails, bites, and add-ons to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with Playmakers to deliver VIP service and maintain smooth operations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe environment.
