Job summary

Four Seasons Vail is seeking a Host to greet and seat guests at Tavernetta Vail. You will manage seating charts, reservations, and guest preferences with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Fluency in English is required and you must have current US work authorization. The role requires standing for long periods and hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time or full-time position at our Colorado resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced Food & Beverage environment or related work experience.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Good communication skills for direct guest contact.
• Fluency in English required; US work authorization required; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage seating chart, reservations, and inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer phones, confirm reservations, and make new reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and problems in a courteous and professional manner.
• Be flexible to work in any F&B outlets at the property as needed.
