Responsibilities

• Call out party names when tables are available.
• Accommodate special seating requests.
• Seat guests balancing preferences and service flow.
• Offer menus and introduce servers; inspect presentation.
• Relay messages to servers and bus staff as needed.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
