Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a Host Person for Ciera Steak and Chophouse in Stateline, NV. This full-time, on-site role involves greeting and seating guests, answering questions about the menu, and coordinating with the front of house to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

Greet and seat guests in station in a rotational manner.
Answer guest questions regarding the restaurant outlet and menu items.
Alert the necessary Manager if there are any guest issues, special needs situations, or other situations.
Answer phone calls and take restaurant reservations, if applicable.
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
Excellent customer service and communication with the ability to communicate in English.
Ability to work flexible schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
