Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests, providing accurate wait times.
• Utilizes table management system to optimize seating.
• Answers guest inquiries and offers menu information.
• Keeps host station organized and clean.
• Collaborates with front-of-house team for smooth operations.
• Reports maintenance and safety issues promptly.
