Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring for a front desk/host role to welcome guests and guide them through rentals, merchandise, and dining experiences. A friendly, communicative team member helps ensure positive first impressions and smooth service.

The position requires English reading/communication and at least 16 years old; restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is a plus but not mandatory. Flexible hours and opportunities to work around school or other jobs are offered.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant/retail/cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through rentals, merchandise and dining.
• Process transactions and reconcile cash.
• Keep front desk stocked with menus, Power cards and gift cards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station.
• Coordinate wait times and seating to optimize guest flow.
