Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Host in Friendswood, TX. You will greet Guests, guide them through dining, game rentals and merchandise, and support efficient service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean front desk, assisting with transactions, and coordinating with team members to ensure positive Guest experiences. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with Guests and team members.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is a plus.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills to greet Guests warmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals and purchases.
• Maintain front desk appearance and keep menus, cards and supplies stocked.
• Assist with cash handling and guest transactions accurately.
• Keep wait times and seating flow organized and communicated to Guests.
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure a smooth shift.
