• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist service staff and provide beverage orders and refills as needed.
• Handle cash, credit card, and discounts accurately according to policy.
• Enter and deliver To Go orders correctly and manage guest wait lists.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to supervision when needed.
• Maintain a clean, inviting foyer and dining area and assist with side-work.
