Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to Multi-Task in High Volume Environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Manage seating software with accurate guest info.
• Communicate with front of house team and managers.
• Estimate accurate wait times based on table times and lists.
• Make accommodations for guests as needed.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Handle reservations inquiries by phone.
• Direct and facilitate carryout pickup for guests.
• Assist serving staff with pre-bussing tables.
• Build relationships with new and regular customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and restrooms.
• Execute daily cleaning tasks per management.
