A popular Asian-themed restaurant in Lansing, Michigan, is hiring for the Host position. As a Host, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure their dining experience is exceptional. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing wait times, and maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. The role offers both full-time and part-time positions and requires excellent customer service skills. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity even for those without prior experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we’ll train you.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Interact courteously with Guests and execute reservations.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at the host desk.
• Learn restaurant seating layout and expectations for service.
• Set and clear tables according to specifications.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.
