Qualifications

• Minimum one year of host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods & lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to their destination.
• Move with a fast-paced, graceful flow and purpose in every movement.
• Recognize VIP guests and welcome them back.
• Notice events like birthdays to enhance celebrations for guests.
• Encourage team members to seek help from you when needed.
