Job summary

Buck & Honey’s in Wisconsin is seeking an enthusiastic Host to join our team, delivering friendly guest experiences and assisting in other support duties as needed. The role offers flexible opportunities in a lively restaurant environment and requires a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Candidates should have open and flexible availability, be at least 16 years of age, and be prepared to assist with bussing, food running, or dock handling as needed. Training will be provided.

• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act positively and professionally with coworkers, guests, and the public.
• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage take-out orders.
• Manage the seating chart and coordinate guest seating efficiently.
• Assist with bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate effectively as a teammate with all coworkers.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including host areas.
• Perform regular restroom checks to ensure supplies are adequately stocked and areas are clean.
