This role requires open availability on weekends/evenings/holidays, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Competitive wage: $13–$14 per hour with benefits.

• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant.
• Assist guests with reservations and guide them to their tables.
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates and answer initial questions about menus.
• Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff.
• Answer phones, schedule reservations, assist with side work, set up station, and perform light restaurant maintenance.
