• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help guests with reservations, guide them to their tables, give guests accurate wait time estimates
• Provide customers with menus and answer initial questions
• Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
• Answer phones, schedule reservations, side work, station set up, and light restaurant maintenance
