Responsabilidades

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them promptly.
• Manage guest seating preferences and maintain an accurate wait list.
• Inform guests of wait times and notify them when tables are ready.
• Provide menus and answer guest questions about the restaurant.
• Answer the telephone and respond to guest inquiries.
• Take, enter, package, and process payment for take-out orders.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and responding to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, host stand, and restrooms.
• Monitor restroom supplies and cleanliness.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and security standards.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
• Offer a friendly parting comment to departing guests.
• Perform other guest service duties as assigned.
