Chili's in Sandusky, Ohio is hiring a Host to create a warm, hospitable first impression for every guest arriving at the restaurant. You will greet guests, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the manager, helping ensure a smooth dining experience.

No experience is required, and we offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, along with opportunities for growth and a friendly team environment at Chili's.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude ready to greet with a smile.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and maneuver trays safely.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
