Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests: answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, take reservations, take food orders.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards and sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently per P.F. Chang’s standards.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as needed for each shift.
