Job summary

XRG is seeking a Host/ess in Burleson, TX to warmly greet guests, seat them promptly, and coordinate guest flow in a fast-paced full-service setting. The role emphasizes guest relations, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Minimum of one year related experience.
Familiarity with Opentable and safe alcohol service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests immediately upon arrival.
Inform guests their table is ready and invite them to the table.
Carry guests’ drinks from the bar and transfer their tab to the table if needed.
Pull out chairs and tables for guests.
Answer calls promptly and politely.
Maintain smooth restaurant flow and rotate tables for high turnover.
Keep host stand organized and stocked.
Move furniture as directed by management.
Tour the restaurant to identify empty tables.
Address guest concerns and escalate as needed.
Complete opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned.
Assist teammates with side work and other tasks as requested.
