IHOP is hiring a Host/Hostess in Bellingham, WA. You will greet guests, seat them promptly and cheerfully, and assist with To-Go orders. You will support a positive dining experience by answering phones and processing orders with care.

Responsibilities include seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and checks, and maintaining a clean dining area. Flexibility for shifts and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are essential.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.
• Ability to multitask and handle money transactions responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly and cheerfully.
• Answer phone and take TO-GO orders.
• Use the POS system to take and process orders and payments.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
