Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and create a positive first impression in our restaurant. You will escort guests to tables, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Experience in hospitality is preferred. You should communicate clearly, stay calm in busy periods, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Stand for long periods as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and promptly recognize all guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
• Assist servers by providing support throughout the guests’ dining experience to ensure attentive, courteous, and efficient service.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by approaching all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards.
