Job summary

Tilray Beer, in partnership with 10 Barrel Flanders Brewpub in Portland, OR, is seeking friendly, energetic support staff for host, busser, and food runner roles. You will welcome guests, guide them to seating, and support the bar and servers while ensuring a smooth, high‑energy service.

Candidates should be friendly, organized, and able to work weekends/holidays. OLCC/food handler certifications are required. Competitive pay and tips offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of food and beverage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a team environment.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Flexibility with scheduling, weekends and holidays.
• Required Food Handlers & OLCC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guest with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests to table or bar.
• Responsible for the sale of Take-out Food & Beer.
• Support server/bar in maintaining a clean workspace.
• Optimize seating so the restaurant operates in a fluid motion.
• Effective communication with bar, server, and kitchen staff.
• De-greet guests as they leave while welcoming them back for future visits
