Responsibilities

• Host/Food Runner/Busser; greet guests warmly.
• Guide guests to table or bar and assist with seating.
• Sell take-out food and beer and keep a clean workspace.
• Support server/bar to maintain a smooth operation.
• Optimize seating for fluid restaurant flow.
• Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen staff.
• Maintain polite phone etiquette.
• Farewell guests and invite return visits.
