Job summary

McMenamins, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Host/Food Runner /Support Staff to welcome guests, seat customers in a fast-paced setting, answer questions about the pub or property, and coordinate dining flow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, and delivering timely service, with opportunities to grow across our pubs and hotels; prior customer-service experience and a current food handler card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current Food Handlers Card
• Previous related experience is preferred
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a high-volume environment
• Answer phones and direct guests to seating or staff
• Expedite and deliver food from the kitchen to patrons in a timely manner
• Restock supplies and perform general cleaning
• Work outdoors seasonally and in smoking/non-smoking areas if required
• Maintain excellent customer relations and work well both independently and as part of a team
