Job summary

Casa Madera in West Hollywood, CA seeks a Host to be the first point of contact for guests and to set the tone for an elevated dining experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate dining room flow, and seat guests thoughtfully to ensure smooth service.

The role requires a polished appearance, strong multitasking abilities, and prior guest-facing or customer service experience. Part-Time, Non-Exempt position with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Strong multitasking skills with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
• Previous experience in a guest-facing or customer service role preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest seating and manage dining room flow to support efficient and consistent service
• Manage reservations and answer incoming calls, providing accurate information and setting appropriate guest expectations
• Maintain awareness of guest preferences, special occasions, dietary restrictions, and special accommodations
• Ensure the host area and surrounding spaces are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Deliver professional and attentive guest service by anticipating the needs of both guests and team members
• Complete assigned administrative and preparatory tasks, including morning setup duties
