Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Greenville, NC is seeking an energetic Event Host for part-time evening and weekend shifts. You will engage guests, coordinate event logistics, and help create memorable experiences in a dynamic bowling and entertainment venue.

Your day-to-day includes gathering event details, liaising with staff, suggesting extensions, coordinating setup, and building personal connections with guests while ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage event flow.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the event package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
