Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests to tables promptly based on availability.
• Support a safe, clean and welcoming dining environment for guests and staff.
• Supervise dining room activities to ensure proper service and sanitation.
• Assist with training new staff and closing duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and assist with emergency procedures.
