Job summary

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is hiring a Hospitality Host to provide outstanding customer service on the casino floor. This role supports the Player Development department and involves interacting with VIP customers, ensuring high-quality service even in the absence of Casino Hosts.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in guest service, experience within a casino or hotel environment, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, and adherence to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of guest service experience or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs necessary.
• Must conduct themselves according to Gaming Commission Regulations.

• Provide hands-on service for VIP customers.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
