Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform up to 10-hour shifts.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and move around the dining area.
• Must be able to read and write English and follow recipes.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide first impressions and set the tone for guests.
• Seat guests, introduce menu items, and highlight specials.
• Answer guests' questions and assist with needs.
• Take and process carry-out orders inside or by phone.
• Assist service team with beverages, salads and desserts.
• Maintain safety and sanitation; keep dining area clean.
• Thank guests at checkout and invite return.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow uniform standards.
