Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet restaurant guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Seat guests in order of arrival or seating availability.
• Quote accurate waiting times and seat guests when tables are available.
• Identify casino comps and VIP guests for seating; communicate with comp authorizer regarding charges.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus and provide directions within the property.
• Handle cash register transactions and payout tips charged to cards or guest rooms.
