Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a courteous Restaurant Host/C cashier to greet guests, seat them promptly, and handle payments with accuracy. You will assist servers, manage POS transactions, and help maintain a clean dining area throughout shifts.

The role requires strong guest service skills, six months cash handling experience, and the ability to pass safety and background checks for gaming venues. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or as waived by HR.
• Minimum six months of cash handling and guest service experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred; background check and gaming license required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly, providing a courteous first impression.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests.
• Balance and reconcile cash and POS transactions at shift end for accurate daily records.
• Maintain a clean and attractive restaurant environment; assist with side work and turnover.
• Record transactions in the POS system and ensure accurate change and receipts.
• Assist servers, colleagues, and guests to enhance overall guest experience.
• Adhere to safety and cash handling policies and report discrepancies to management.
