Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe is hiring a friendly Greeter/Cashier to welcome guests and assist with inquiries, check-in/check-out, and fast, accurate cash handling. You’ll maintain a clean lobby area, support other departments, and promote local attractions.

Ideal candidates show exceptional customer service, fluent English, high energy, and the ability to multitask in a busy resort environment, with flexible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluent English for guest interaction and transactions.
• Energetic, high-spirited and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide outstanding guest service and answer inquiries.
• Efficiently handle cash transactions and POS procedures.
