Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast/social areas.
• Check food appearance, portion, and temperature for guest readiness.
• Clear and sanitize tables and public areas.
• Follow sanitation procedures per CA health regulations.
• Break down service area and sanitize all areas per CAL/OSHA standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
