Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Manteca, California. In this role, you'll ensure a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and assisting with bowling operations. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proven success in school or previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage waitlist and assign lanes/shoes/equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
