Job summary

LDV Hospitality, a leading restaurant group, is hiring a full-time Host for Lele's Roman in Brooklyn, NY. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with servers to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking ability, and a friendly, professional demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior customer service experience is welcome. You’ll help keep the lobby area tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and ensure that tables are properly allocated.
• Communicate with the serving staff to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed to ensure a positive dining experience.
