Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the property location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, a smile, and a warm welcome.
• Determine the most efficient seating and dining arrangement for guests.
• Maintain flow and rotation of seating to balance sections.
• Communicate seating needs clearly to service and management teams.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and quote realistic wait times.
