Job Title: Guest Experience Host

Cherry Hills Community Church is seeking a Guest Experience Host to create a welcoming environment for guests. This role involves engaging with guests, providing assistance, directions, and information about church services and events. Responsibilities include managing the Guest Experience area, supporting special events, maintaining safety and hospitality, and providing departmental administrative support. The role supports the church’s mission to foster Christ-centered community and connection through excellent service, professionalism, and organization.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
3. Customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or guest services
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
5. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office
6. Willingness to adapt to changing needs and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
