About The Role

You will help craft lifelong memories for our guests across various roles including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, and more. Your focus will be on delivering excellent guest service in a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, passionate guest service, embodying Merlin Values.
• Engage actively with guests, creating a fun atmosphere.
• Manage queues safely while maintaining a positive experience.
• Keep public areas well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as per departmental plans.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance, including COVID-19 policies.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months to 1 year experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service preferred.
• Fun, friendly, and dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Comfortable working in noisy and confined spaces.
