Main Event is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Chattanooga, TN. As a Brand Ambassador, you will greet guests, answer questions about activities, and guide them to experiences while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

You’ll contribute to a fun, welcoming environment and help manage wait times for games and food with clear communication. Position requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask across duties; food handlers certification is required where

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Strong communication with guests and team members is needed.
• Food Handlers Certification is required where applicable.
• Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Answer guests' questions on activities and directions.
• Manage guest experience by communicating wait times for games, food, and other activities.
• Escort guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance.
• Thank guests and invite them back; perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
