Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Mouth of Wilson, VA is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily dining services, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support staff under the General Manager or Chef.

You will help manage schedules, monitor quality and safety, assist with catering events, and coordinate with vendors to maintain standards and client satisfaction. Full-time, weekly pay with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in similar position preferred.
• Specialized training in catering desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain schedules and staffing levels; post schedules.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in food handling and presentation.
• Assist with event planning, menu writing and coordination with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Supervise staff during events and daily service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
