Flyover Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an enthusiastic team member to greet guests, answer their questions, and ensure a positive experience. The role includes taking photos, handling cash transactions, and maintaining safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated, and have a fun-loving spirit. Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and experience in the tourism industry is preferred. This position requires the ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary.
• Extensive knowledge about Las Vegas and the local area.
• Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry is an asset.
• Cash handling and public speaking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and answering questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
• Taking and editing photos of guests while being knowledgeable about the photo packages.
• Handling cash transactions, ticket sales, and other retail duties as required.
• Organizing large groups and calculating wait time information.
• Ensuring ride safety precautions are met and assisting with evacuations if necessary.

Job description

What You'll Do

• Greeting guests and answering questions in a welcoming and positive manner
• Ensuring accurate information is provided to guests, ensuring adequate expectations
• Taking and editing photos of guests, while being knowledgeable about the photo packages and backgrounds
• Handling cash transactions, ticket sales and other retail duties as required
• Organizing large groups of people into correct queues, while calculating and communicating accurate wait time information
• Directing guests around the different areas of the attraction and assisting them onto the ride
• Ensuring all ride safety precautions are met, and informing the Operator and Supervisors of any concerns
• Ensure Flyover operating procedures and service standards are consistently maintained
• Communicate efficiently using proper radio protocol
• Assisting with evacuation procedure in the event of an emergency and follow emergency preparedness plan
• Possessing knowledge about Las Vegas and other attractions
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
