Cherokee Nation Entertainment's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard who is professional, observant, and service-oriented to maintain safety and guest experience across the casino, hotel, and parking areas. You will patrol facilities, deter prohibited items, respond to incidents, and assist guests with directions and first aid when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CLEET unarmed security guard license within 180 days of hire.
• CPR certification required.
• Working knowledge of defensive tactics.
• Working knowledge of surveillance video systems and chain of evidence.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets and ensure guest and employee safety.
• Greet and assist guests; respond to queries.
• Render first aid and assist in accidents/incidents.
• Detect and report suspicious activities and behaviors.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement.
• Write detailed incident and investigation reports.
• Ensure compliance with age requirements and policies.
