Job summary

Eat'n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests, seat them and present menus with suggested items as directed by management. You will help maintain an organized dining flow and assist team members as needed in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and following supervisor instructions, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven company that celebrates hospitality and community.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting.
• Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and seat guests.
• Present guests with a menu and suggest food items as identified by management.
• Observe guest reactions to ensure we are acknowledging any problems and alert management if there is an issue that needs resolved.
• The greeter will also have to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
