Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group in West Virginia seeks a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests, assist with seating, and introduce menus as part of our guest-first team.

This entry-level role supports a values-driven culture that has helped us grow since 1949 and contributes to our mission, “to Create a Smile.” You’ll stand for long periods, be on your feet 100% of the time, and may occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Standing and/or walking – 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge the presence of guests with a friendly greeting and assist with seating.
• Present guests with a menu and suggest items identified by management.
• Observe guest reactions and alert management if there is an issue that needs resolution.
• The greeter may perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
