Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing and will create FUN memories for our Guests while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will welcome Guests, monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf and Rock Climbing, keep games stocked and assist with point redemptions. Teamwork and flexible hours are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests as an ambassador of FUN
• Monitoring activities to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Ensuring games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Reporting wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
