Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Aksarben Village seeks a Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor to greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and balance nightly transactions. You’ll be the friendly face bridging guest experience and hotel operations, ensuring accuracy and a calm, solutions-first approach.

We value hospitality experience, attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Hilton experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions and reports.
• Comfort with hotel property management systems (PMS); Hilton experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in/out efficiently, and anticipate their needs.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with a solutions-first mindset.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor property security during overnight hours and ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
