AC Hotel Park City is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead the guest experience at the lobby and guide the front desk team in delivering intuitive, personalized service in a high-touch hospitality setting.

You will coach staff, manage reservations, coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering, support recruitment and training, and ensure safety and excellence in every guest interaction. This role operates onsite in Park City, UT, with a focus on collaboration and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service and professional hospitality standards.
• Coach and motivate team to handle guest interactions with care, creativity, and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to keep facilities in optimal condition and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee guest reservations and ensure accurate, courteous handling of all information and requests.
• Participate in recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance coaching for all desk team members.
• Support safety, security, and wellbeing of guests and associates and respond rapidly to any incidents.
