Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
• Professional appearance and work ethic; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a friendly and timely manner.
• Answer phones and take messages or direct calls to voicemail.
• Provide information about the dealership and directions as needed.
• Obtain visitor names and introduce them to the appropriate staff.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, proofreading, and data entry.
• Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
