Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

• Strong computer and phone skills (MS Outlook).

• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets all clients in a friendly and timely manner.
• Answers phones in a friendly and timely manner.
• Takes messages or delivers calls to voicemail when needed.
• Provides callers with address, directions and information.
• Greets clients and visitors and directs them to the appropriate member.
• Maintains fax machines and handles basic clerical duties.
• Performs data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
